This training is taught by Ashley Bao, founder of Aura by Ashley — a lash artist and educator known for her precision-based approach to Korean lash lifts. 1:3 Group Korean Lash Lift Training

Designed for both new and experienced lash lift artists, this training covers core technique, troubleshooting, business + marketing fundamentals, pricing and content best practices. Classes range from 2-4 students.

    Learn how lash structure, pH balance, porosity, and bonds affect processing and final results.

  • Chemical Processing

    Understand how TGA, cysteamine, and neutralizers work together for safe, gentle yet effective lifting and long-lasting results.

  • The Korean Lash Lift Technique

    A step-by-step process from prep and rod selection to softening, setting, and styling. How to choose rods for each eyelid type, client styling preference and how to avoid under and over-processing.

  • Korean Lash Lift Kit + Tint

    Professional kits with lifting products sourced directly from Korea, plus the tools and supplies used to achieve consistent, high-quality results.

  • Full Service Execution & Troubleshooting

    Hands-on guidance with personalized feedback, education on common mistakes, avoid over processing + under processing, and proper aftercare for healthy lashes.

  • Pricing & Client Growth

    How to price the service, advertise for models, capture eye catching before-and-afters, and market Korean lash lifts with premium positioning.
